French Gnome Rhone model 800 AX2. This is a heavy duty 800cc side valve boxer engine with handbrake, hand and foot clutch, shaft drive and power take off for a side car.
This was heavy material for the army. This bike is in good starting and running condition. At the beginning of WWII these motorcycles were all attacked by Germany and so almost all of them served in the German army, this is a rare French survivor.
The bike was de-militarised in 1949 and road registered in France.
Comes with French Log book and can be Irish registered if required (Vat and Vrt free)
